Registration for Wednesday LifeGroup Gatherings. (6:00 - 730 PM)
In compliance withe the governor's directives, childcare will be at 50% occupancy. This includes babies through 5th grade.
Every child must be registered each week by 8:00 PM on the Monday before the Wednesday meeting.
Please fill out the information completely.
If a room reaches capacity, your child will be added to a wait list. You will be contacted when a vacancy arises.
Please arrive a few minutes early as we will be checking temperatures and gathering some additional information about your child.
In order to follow safe practices and guidelines, parents will not be permitted to enter the nursery and preschool hallways for drop-off and pick-up. A secure worker will receive and deliver your child to their classroom. That same secure worker will return them to you after service at the KidzTown check-in desk.
If you plan to use childcare, you must be present and on campus attending a LifeGroup class.
